Eastvale is a great location. You are conveniently near the 91, 60 and 15 freeways. It is at the Gateway into the Inland Empire. The Inland Empire is developing into a major industrial and business community. The I-10 and I-15 freeways intersect in this valley. The Ontario and San Bernardino airports support passenger and cargo flights.

 

 

 

You will find that most of the homes in Eastvale feature spacious floor plans. Some homes have up to 6 bedrooms. Many developers target an average lot size at or above 7000 square feet. This means that most of the homes are situated on a pool sized lot. Many of the properties have RV access. Someeven have oversized 4 car garages.

 

 

 

Many of the homes have energy efficient construction. You may realize some energy savings if you are presently living in an older house.
